Refund Policy
If after you received your order and something isn't quite right we offer a free reprint or a full refund within 30 days of delivery. A full refund will be given as long as the product has not been used, worn or damaged. please return the item with their tags and original packaging.
if you received the wrong product, lost in transit or is damaged upon arrival at official 21 18 we offer a full refund or reprint, within 30 days of delivery.
we accept returns globally, tracking will be available.
how to report an issue:
contact - use the email provided that we sent out for your delivery, or contact us through customerservice@official2118.com
provide evidence - include a clear photo showing the issue (damaged product, wrong product).
once we have gone through the photo(s) provided we will send you an email on the next steps of returning. returns can be dropped off at your local post office or depot, this will all be covered in the email.
refunds - refunds are typically issued within 10-14 business days after return is received.
what we do not cover:
buyer's remorse - if a customer simply changes their mind about a purchase official 21 18 does not offer a refund.
size or colour errors - if a customer orders the wrong size or colour, official 21 18 is not responsible for a refund
