at official 21 18 all products are shipped from the usa, please allow at least 24 hours before product(s) are shipped.

all shipping is currently standard delivery only, this may change in the near future.

​-usa: standard shipping, delivery time- 2-5 business days, delivery fee £6.95, free delivery when you spend £150 or over.

-United Kingdom: ​standard shipping, delivery time 2-5 business days, delivery fee £6.95, free delivery when you spend £200 or over.

​-european countries: standard shipping, delivery time 5-7 business days, delivery fee £9.95, free delivery when you spend £250 or over.

-worldwide shipping: standard shipping, delivery time 10-30 business days, delivery fee £14.95, free delivery when you spend £380 or over. (includes Australia, New Zealand, Canada, etc)

*please note shipping to alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States, can take an additional 7-12 business days.

an order can be delayed due to delays from shipping carriers. official 21 18 cannot guarantee precise delivery dates on shipping, as it Is dependant on the shipping carriers. consequently, official 21 18 assumes no liability associated with delay and does not offer any refunds by shipping delays, unless our merchant support team determines that the package was lost in transit.

if tracking of an order states it has been delivered, yet the customer reports it as not received, official 21 18 can reserve the right for the same product to be re-delivered free of charge or a full refund. such cases will be investigated by the merchant support team.
